MOA: anticholinergic (PNS) which leads to bronchodilation
Maintenance treatment
Large doses cause systemic anti cholinergic effects ( tachycardia)
Rinse mouth and allow at least 5 min btw various inhalers
Contraindication: peanut allergy, glaucoma, BPH
