How to use そう and なさそう with な adjectives
for そう: add it directly after adjective
for なさそう: add じゃなさそう after adjective

The hotel room doesn’t seem clean.
ホテルのへやがきれいじゃなさそうです。
Because Joe is good at hiragana, it seems like he would be good at katakana too.

Making な adjectives with the そう ending
Drop い and add そうな
a hot looking pizza
