We use the present simple to talk about schedules

We use the present continuous + a future time expression to talk about definite arrangements
What is commonly used to talk about intentions?
going + infinitive to talk about intentions
What about a definite arrangement, which means to use?
The use of present continuous and going to is very similar. You can always use going to instead of the present continuous, but you only use the present continuous to talk about a definite arrangement.
How to talk about decisions made at the time of talking?
use will + infinitive to talk about a decision made at the time of talking (i.e. there has been no decision, plan or arrangement made previously)
How to make prediction about the future?
Use both going to + infinitive and will + infinitive to make predictions about the future.
What to use to talk about predictions made on current evidences
When there is present evidence for the prediction we usually use going to
