Q

Can you provide an example of when you have complied with regulation?

A

The London Plan (2021) Policy T2 (Healthy Streets):

  1. Reviewed Policy T2
  2. Reviewed design of a street that encouraged HGVs to use a turning point on the north side rather than travel west to a roundabout
  3. I believed this would increase road danger to pedestrians when they were reversing
  4. Reviewed design with the transport consultant and amended it to encourage HGVs to travel to the roundabout instead
  5. Ensured client’s design was aligned to Policy T2
