Q

What is the cause of chronic granulomatoyse disease

A

Deficiency in nadph and thus it will affect the respiratory burst in the killing mechanism of macrophage and pmn

Q

What produce the inflammatory mediators and mention them

A

Pmn and macrophage produce inflammatory mediators such as :leukotrreins and prostaglandin

Q

What form the bus

A

The polymorphoneuclear after they die( short lived ) the protyolitic enzymes doesn’t regenerate at but it does regenerate in macrophages because they are long lived and

Q

What is the difference between nk cells and c cytotoxic cells in function as long as both are killing virally infected cells and tumor cells

A

Firstly T cells in general they don’t work except if the ag is presented on the surface of apc(جايبيتله الضد) or the infected cell itself(عارضه الضد يلي مؤثر عليها على سطحها)
And to know that the virus decrease mhc expression same as the the tumor cells so less mhc is presented so cd8 can’t work here but nk cells work like in herpvruis
But influenza virus for example increase mhc expression so cd8 fight it not nk cell
فلازم الcd8 الورم أو الضد يعرض عن طريق أم اشج سي

16
Q

What is the granuloma

A

It is the تجمع of macrophages and other immune cells around the mo that they could not kill it and it occurs in the chronic inflammation

17
Q

What is the syndrome that is caused by the mutation in fas gene

A

Autoimmune lymphoploriferative syndrome

18
Q

Acuate phases reactants

A

Fever
Amorous
Fat metabolism
Crp
Esr
Complement
Fibrinogen
Damage limiting protein

19
Q

What is c lectin

A

Type of prr that help in
Apc(degradation and presentation)
Macrophage activation to produce the cytokines

20
Q

What is the most thing that trigger phagocytosis

A

عمل الcomplement and igG زي opsinon

21
Q

What is the the phagocytes protylotic enzymes

A

Definsin
Lactoferrin
Myloperoxidase
No synthase

22
Q

What are the inhibitor receptors of the nk cell

A

Kilr
Nkg2 cd94

23
Q

What is the function of mast cells and esinophiles

A

Kill parasite allergy

24
Q

What is the function of mast cells and esinophiles

A

Kill parasite allergy

25
Q

What recruit the esinophile

A

Eotaxin oroduced by epithelial cells and leukotrains(mast cells)

26
Q

What’s are the cytokines produced by mast cell

A

Il4 tnf (th2) il3 il5 (produce eosinophil)

27
Q

What are the receptors of mast cell, what are the pritolytic enzymes of mast cell

A

Fcer1 ,tryptase trypsine (increase smooth muscle contraction, mucus secretion and activate complement and kinin pathway

28
Q

What the additions things esinophile produce

A

Cationic protein(neurotoxin kill outer surface of parasite)
Major basic protein (kill outer surface of parasite and tissue)
Perixidase(hypochloris on surface of parasites)
