how do we develop resilience

individual factors - the 5 from meta cognition
try and therefore develop and facilitative environment
4 areas in which resilience may occur
Facilitative environment - high support high challenge
comfortable - low challenge high support
unrelenting - high challenge low support
stagnent - low challenge low support .
Define pressure inaurment training
Stress process- apply demand - let appraisal occur - good response = more demand and increase appraisal significance
bad response = increase learning and support
