He is saying making ur body a mean for that pleasure is evil like masturbating
Pleasures that respect morality are blessed

2 reasons u shouldnt break contract

because it killing first and because u are making him go against moral law
U cant sign a contract for prostitution
becasue u will using someone as a mean for pleasure, and a person is an end inhimself not a mean else he will be unfree (prostitute will be exception herself)
U cant sign contract to use people as object
I am using their bodies ( not actions) as a thing not a source of activity.
Sex before marriage
immoral because u will be using his body, it must be foreover so under marriage to serve someone and honoring him forever (promise to serve his body and soul forever)
why dinner is fine but sex is not
u dont have same costraint of having food with him
u cannt own ur kids
because they will be used as things and they are ends
u have obligations to raise ur kids
they will not be in debt but they must be grateful

no, because even the smallest flesh is a representation of human on earth ( it carry onside it pure reason) , which mean u are killing a person

what will be ideal sttae and ideal juridicak system and economical state
Ideal state
state that respect moral law, freedoma nd happiness in conformity morality
We should aim for one state
because rationality is pure , u can have one rationality; thus one rational state
Comprehensive doctrine
doctrine where u set the meaning og the good ( athiest vs muslims vs christians, each will assume his system is the best)
Imagine that before u go to the parliment to vote for the constitutional law, you are struck by amnesia (forget who u are ); what would u choose as the best constitution for the state
the state that we will choose is the most rational state (why u choose liberal over da3sh)
u choose the political system where the worst off is better off.
A da3sh under liberal is better than a liberal under da3sh
Maximin princple
worst off is better off
public right , the best constitutional law
is the law where the worst off is better off
justice secure ur conceptions whatever they want

Principle of difference derived from maximin principle
worst is better off when the better of is better off, u will get 500 and ur neighbor 5000 instead from 100 each

it is ur body serving urself(rational dimension) like eating an apple

When u go against the moral law , the animal is dominating, u are no more an end
massage and physiotherapy and naked people in art course are acceptable
because the inetntion is health and art.Massage is ok he is not intended to pleasure u in a sexual u.
