a job in which an employee has little discretion regarding when and how the job is completed

dividing work tasks into specific areas

systematic and scientific analysis of individuals, groups, and organizations to understand, predict and affect human behavior to improve performance of individuals
What is the difference between organizational climate and culture
climate is the psychological atmosphere of the organization where the culture is the shared meaning held by members that distinguish one organization from another
