a person who makes efficient use of resources combined with the guidance of people in order to reach a specific organizational objective/goal

one who leads or commands a group, organization or country
a person who has a commanding authority or influence

How is feedback and evaluation different
Feedback is specific information related to learning a new task or information while Evaluations are the summary of performance as compared to a standard
Feedbacks are done frequently while evaluations are done annually on average
What are ways to improve management skills
-learn from all bosses both good and bad
-get a mentor or find a role model
-take responsibility for mistakes
-apologize when you are in the wrong
What should you not do a a manager/leader
-only giving feedback during performance reviews or when issues arise
-micromanaging
