lecture 3: spinal chord anatomy Flashcards

1
Q

divisions of spinal chord

A
  • cervical nerves (8): contain cervical enlargement where arm nerves meet
  • thoracic nerves (12): correspond to ribs
  • lumbar nerves (5): chord stops and spaghetti fibres begin, branching off from the lumabr vertebrae
