what physical and psychological changes occur during adolescence
physical changes include sexual maturity and growth spurt, psychological changes include risk taking behaviour- brain undergoes remodelling with increased white matter and decreased grey matter

some decline but intellectual stability peak career achievement but ocnflict in generativity vs stagnation

abilities decline, eriksons conflict is integrity vs despair- despair if you didnt enoy your life

different conlfict at each stage which we must resolve successfully to move onto next stage.
