what are some storage tips for onions?
- store at 2 to 4.5 degrees, not in the fridge (oop)
- don’t store near potatoes
what are some natural benefits of onions
high in antioxidants, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, reduces cardiovascular disease
where are carrots native to?

what colour were carrots originally, and when did they change?
were originally purple,. until the dutch fucked them up in the 17th century
are carrots annuals or perennials?
okay so they’re biennials, but we grow them as annual crops that flower in the second year
