- someone who make their employees/consultants safe & secure

What type of leader I am ?

A

I am generally a Democratic & Active leader allowing 2 WAY COMMUNICATION, butat times an autocractic leader due to TARGETS & DEADLINES.
I am Supportive & Empathic.
I am guiding but also forceful when needed if there are timescales.
Trust - I trust my consultants.
I show appreciation on good work done!
I listen to clients & consultants

COLLABORATIVE WORKING IS KEY.

Enjoy Setting up team
Meet socially with team to provide bonding on the occasion.

Treat consultants as I would employees.

A
  • I set up the initial client MEETING, took INSTRUCTIONS and provided the RESOURCES for the project.
  • both my architect & engineer were BRIEFED on their roles.
  • WEEKLY MEETINGS were held on line & in my office.
  • SITE INSPECTIONS.
  • ## CHECKING CONSULTANTS WORK / SUB CONSULTANTS & CONTRACTORS

These types of projects cannot be done unless I have my team behind me for the core services of design and engineering.

Leadership on CASE STUDY 1

A

Due to tighter budgets, now looking at options for staggered development, providing client different phases & ads and disads for doing this.
Team meeting held to discuss options and construction conflicts.

Very much driven by costs, so timescales yet to be agreed.

Fees are being recalculated.
