• A requirement in any residential building which contains two or more sets of domestic premises to make sure that all FIRE DOORS – including flat entrance doors – are capable of providing adequate protection.
• The STRUCTURE and EXTERNAL WALLS of the building, including cladding, balconies and windows are assessed.
