This is period when language acquisition would be the highest.

This is the area located right in front of the motor cortex and in the left hemisphere. It is responsible for language production so people with damage to this area have difficulty producing speech.
What is Wernicke’s area?
It is located right next to the auditory cortex and right below the parietal lobe.

A condition where language functions become severely impaired.
