Knee on belly to dorsal kimora
From knee on belly slide your hand closest to their hip under their far arms armpit and grab the tricep with your forearm resting on their chest, next step your knee off their bell and straighten your body out like your passing their guard from hand on knee and hip and shimmy round the same way whilst keeping your hand on their tricep and the other on on their scapula, once your legs are round by their head drop your knee by their shoulder and post out the other leg then pull their arm towards you so they roll on their side and step the posted leg in and push your knees tight to their back and chest to stop them from rolling onto their back and the take your free hand and grip on top of their wrist and then grip your own wrist making a figure four grip and kimora the pull their arm up and bend it towards their back.
Knee on belly to dorsal bent arm bar
When in knee on belly slide your arm closest to their hip under the far arms armpit and grab the tricep, next slip your knee off their belly and move into side control with your shoulder on their chest and a grip on their shoulder with your other hand, next roll them towards you and when they get to their side step over with the leg closest to their head then pin your knees to their back and chest to stop them rolling and step your knee straight on the leg you didn’t step over and grip their arm with both hands and fall into an armbar making sure to squeeze knees together and tuck heels under the opponent.
Knee on belly spin to side control
When in knee on belly step the posted leg out so it’s over their head inline with the centre of their body next with your arm on the same side as the posted leg spin toward the other leg and bring the other leg round as your spin and land on their other side with your legs pointing towards their head then grab your grip under their neck and armpit and move back into side control
Knee on belly to near side arm bar
When in knee on Belly and the opponent is pushing on your hip to try and push you off or stop you moving, grab hold of their close arm and push your knee that’s on their belly into their armpit with your knee facing their head, next step your posted out leg over their head whilst keeping hold of their arm and sit back into the arm bar with your knees squeezed tightly and push your hips forward for the finish.
Knee on belly to Gordon Ryan Arm bar
When in knee on belly position and they try and shrimp out and slip your knee off switch your knees so that the posted out legs knee is on their chest and the other leg Is posted out then slide your knee down onto the arm on the same side and trap it, next back step over their body and land in the 90/90 position as if you were moving into the arm bar or triangle choke but instead step your leg with the knee on the floor thats closest to their head over their head and step the other leg underneath their head and fall back whilst gripping their arm and cross your legs together and hook your foot around their head to make it harder for them to escape
Knee on belly to triangle choke
When in knee on belly position and they try and shrimp out and slip your knee off switch your knees so that the posted out legs knee is on their chest and the other leg Is posted out then slide your knee down onto the arm on the same side and trap it, next back step over their body and land in the 90/90 position as if you were moving into the arm bar but instead pull their head forward and slip your leg under their neck behind their head, next lean to the same side as your leg that’s tucked under their head to allow you to cross both your legs together for the triangle, once your legs are crossed squeeze them together twist your body towards their feet to tighten the choke.
Knee on belly to arm bar
When in knee on belly position take your free arm and wrap it under the opponents far arms armpit and grab their tricep, next pull your opponent towards you so they start moving onto their side then step over with your leg closest to their head and pivot on your heels and move into and arm bar, making sure to twist the opponents wrist towards their hips to stop them using the hitchhiker escape to get out of the submission
Knee on belly spinning transition
When in knee on belly spin frontside around your opponents head so that you end up in a knee on belly position the other side of your opponent.
