Open guard pass with under hooks to side control

A

When facing your opponent in their guard drop down and jump forward and hook both arms around their legs and lean your chest into their groin, next walk their body up so their hips are stacked over their head and place your knee in their back to stop their hips dropping back down, next turn to the side of your opponents hips and take the top gripping hands arm out and bring your shoulder to their side and let their hips and legs drop back down then grab a grip under their arm pit and behind their neck with both hands with your knees out wide and one next to their shoulder and one next to their hip, from here you can transition into knee on belly and full mount

Open guard using stepping, knee holding and leg holding at ankles

A

stepping - When facing your opponent in their guard step out with to the same side as you back leg firstly then step with your front leg tight next to their hips then step with the back leg up to near their head but posted out so that they can’t reach your leg then drop your knee from your front leg onto their belly and grab a cross face grip around their neck

A

when facing your opponent while in their guard grab both their knees pull them to the same side you’re going to step to make them pull their legs back then push them to the other side then step out wide to the same side as your back leg then step with your front leg tight next to their hip then drop your knee down on their belly and drop your shoulder into chest and grab a cross face grip under their neck

A

when facing your opponent while in their guard grab both their legs at the ankles and pull them to the same side you’re going to step to make them pull their legs back then push them to the other side then step out wide to the same side as your back leg then step with your front leg tight next to their hip then drop your knee down on their belly and drop your shoulder into chest and grab a cross face grip under their neck

Torriando guard pass

A

Whilst facing your opponent in their guard drop low and join your elbow inside your knee and lean forward and place same hand on their hip crease at the same time grabbing the knee with the other hand and pushing their knee to to the floor, next step both legs back aways from the body so your weight is in your hand and step your legs one at a time out toward their side while keeping pressure in both your Hands. One you get perpendicular with their body drop your shoulder down into their side and with the hand on their knee push their knee inwards towards their stomach and step your back knee into the back of their leg and step your shin of your front leg into their back to stop them rolling back and grab a grip underneath their arm pit and under their neck.

Guard passing into honey hole

A

Standing in someone’s guard with both legs inside with one leg forward and one back back step with the back leg which will cause one leg to step on the outside of one of the legs, next kneel down on the leg on the outside and pull your opponent towards your and sit back, while you sit back slip your outside leg underneath both legs and lock your legs crossed together then move into to attack either ankle

Open or Closed guard pass with opposite side knee

A

When in your opponents closed or open guard we grab one of their wrist and pin it to their chest, next we step our same side leg up next to the opponents hip then we place our free hand on their other knee and then post up on your back leg causing us to be in a crouched position then we push on the opponents knee with our arm until it’s on the floor then we step our leg that we first step up on and place our knee on the opponents quad and post out on our other leg, from here we grab an underhook of the opponents far side arm and grab the elbow of the near side arm then slide our leg that on their quad through near the opponents head and move into the kesi Katami position and from here we can move into side Control

Open or closed guard pass opposite side knee to short armbar

A

When in your opponents closed or open guard we grab one of their wrist and pin it to their chest, next we step our same side leg up next to the opponents hip then we place our free hand on their other knee and then post up on your back leg causing us to be in a crouched position then we push on the opponents knee with our arm until it’s on the floor then we step our leg that we first step up on and place our knee on the opponents quad and post out on our other leg, from here we grab an underhook of the opponents far side arm and grab the elbow of the near side arm
then with our leg that trapping the opponents leg we slide it up into the opponents near side arm making sure we pull the arm tight to our side then we step the posted our leg over the opponents head and sit back and finish armbar by extending the hips or tuck it behind your leg and elbow to make it even tighter

A

When in your opponents closed or open guard we grab one of their wrist and pin it to their chest, next we step our same side leg up next to the opponents hip then we place our free hand on their other knee and then post up on your back leg causing us to be in a crouched position then we push on the opponents knee with our arm until it’s on the floor then step on the opponents quad with your same side knee then feed your arm that has hold of their hand behind their free leg and grab the arm again causing their leg to raise next grab a cross face with the free arm back step the free leg then slide your legs into the opponents side and move into side control

Open or closed guard double under hook pass

A

When in your opponents closed or open guard place one arm on the opponents stomach and the other arm on the opponents hip crease then step on your your knees out slightly and then slide your other knee into the middle of the opponents bum then lean your body back whilst keeping your hand on your opponent to open the opponents crossed legs then step up on the leg that’s in the opponents bum and then take both hand and wrap them under the opponents legs and then lock them together by the opponents going next walk the opponents legs back so you stack them over your opponents then take one hand and grab the opponents shoulder and then with the other hand grab the opponents bum and step up on the opposite side leg and start walking around the same side as your arm then drop your hips and then move into side Control

Double under hook guard pass block to straight arm lock to triangle

A

When the opponent is in your open guard and go for a double underhook pass grab under your opponents armpit with the same side arm then grab a gable grip with the other arm over the top of the opponent arm then angle your hips towards your opponent feet and onto your side to cause your opponent to fall on their side, next lift your grip behind the opponents arm toward your body until the opponents arm pops out from under your leg then tuck it over your shoulder and by your ear then crunch inwards to finish the straight arm bar, from here tuck your far side leg behind the opponents head and grab the ankle the get and angle for your opponent and lock up your legs to move into the triangle

Knee slide guard pass to side control

A

When in your opponents open guard step one of your legs on the outside of the opponents legs so that you have one leg in-between their legs and one leg on the outside, next grab your both of your opponents knee then put your inside legs knee onto the opponents thigh the same side of your outside leg and step out away from the opponent with your other leg, next grab the underhook on the opponents far side and a cross face with your other arm on the opponents near side, from here your opponent with trap your leg that’s on their thigh to get your leg out kick outwards and then move your legs into the opponents side and move into side control

Side control to knee on belly to mount

A

When in side control use your underhook arm and should to push up their near side arm so it raises above their head, next step your knee closest to their legs up on your opponent belly and post your other leg out away from your opponent, next post both your hand out above your opponent head and lean your weight onto your hands and then windmill your leg on their knee over the other side of their body and then move into full mount

Mount to armbar to triangle choke:

A

When in mount and your opponent has their hands up take a grip on the opposite side arm on the opponents tricep and post out with your other arm then take the same side knee of the arm you grabbed and slide it up next to the opponents ear, next grab the elbow of the other arm with your posted out arm and pull it in with the other arm, next switch your arms holding the arm your attacking and post out with your free arm, making sure to keep your weight on the opponents stomach area, from here slide your leg out into s mount so your foots next to the opponent far side ear and then step the other leg over the opponent head and lay back making sure the opponent thumb is pointing to the sky extend your hips to finish. If your opponent grabs their arm being attacked with their other arm we step our leg under the opponents arm in-between their arm so its over their arm and step the other leg above the opponents head and on the floor, next lift the opponents head up with your arm and with the same arm grab you ankle thats under the opponents neck, next pull your opponent towards you and lock your legs up in a triangle and squeeze to finish
