Q

Seat belt grip to rear naked choke:

A

With your opponent sat up in front of you and both hooks in and in seat belt grip take your hand that’s over their neck and bend your fingers so the fingers aren’t showing and slide them under your opponent neck and grip the opposite side of their shoulder and tuck your wrist over their shoulder so they cant grab your wrist . your elbow wants to be in the center of their chest so that it cuts off the blood flow on both sides of their neck. Next with your palm facing away from you on your choking arm take the other arm out and grip your choking hand then feed your hand on the bottom and feed it behind their neck and grip your shoulder with the arm you fed behind their neck and grip the bicep of your other arm then pull your elbows down in and lift your chest up and if this isn’t working pull your opponent towards the choking arm and back

Q

Back control transition to cross body ride submissions

A

When you have back control on your opponent and both hooks in take one of the hooks out and fall back pulling your opponent on your so you can get your free leg under your opponent and lock a figure four around their leg, next position yourself so that you are butt to butt with your opponent and in a calf slicer position on one of their legs. From this position you can move into toe hold position where you get over the toes with the inside hand and then with the other hand and pull down on the toes and push your shins forward. In this position the opponent will usually use their free leg to stop your submissions on their trapped foot so we move to the free leg for submission. We grab the big toe with the arm that’s on the same side as the free leg and then we feed the other arm under the Achilles and grab the big toes as well and from this position we’ll crunch in to finish the submission. From here we can move into an achilies lock where we grab an Achilles hold on the free leg with the arm the same side and twist towards your obliques to finish. From here you opponent will more than likely stop your attacks on their free leg with their hands so when we do this from here we can extend our legs that are locked around the opponents leg out and grab the wrist of the near side arm of the opponent and trap it to the floor with our far side arm, next we feed our near side arm under the opponents arm and grab the backside of the tricep then we post up on our elbow andcome in close to the opponent and put weight on the elbow of near side arm to trap the opponents arm in kimora style angle we then grab the elbow with our far side arm and pull up with both arms to raise the elbow off the floor and finish similar to a kimora.
From this position we can move in to take our opponents back once again or we can move into another submission by pulling the opponents arm and placing it behind our neck next we lock our near side elbow in to stop the arm escaping as we reach over with our far side arm and grab the near side opponents shoulder, from here we feed our near side arm under the opponent neck and Lock a figure four on the far side of the opponents neck with our other arm, from here we can bridge to finish the submission.
