- Formwork created at pile locations

- Formwork to ground beam perimeter prior to second pour
- Fill from stockpiles
KI1 - You mention that you advised your client on the impact on the structure of each of the basement options, are we qualified to give structural advice?

KI1 - How did you assess the impact on programme of each of the options?
- Project manager / Contractor, close collaborative working. Interjecting / contributing where possible.
- If pushed further… critical path analysis, close scrutiny of submitted programmes
KI1 - How would unknown factors to the ground or ground conditions be dealt with
Contractor risk, no provision in an unamended JCT, follows common law.
