Helps fight bacteria and viruses to protect against infections and illnesses ( fun fact- When you think of vitamin C- Vitamin “sea” as in pirates who use to get scurvy all the time due to lack of oranges, fruits, papaya, kiwi, broccoli, sweet or white potatoes.)
