One of the most important vitamins. Synthesizes protein collagen. Guards against cellular damage. Maintenance of cartilage, bones and teeth. Contributes to strong immune system by producing antibodies that fight bacteria and viruses to protect against infection and illnesses.
Vit. C
Vitamines help form red blood cells and act in part as coenzymes, small molecules that combine with an enzyme to make it active. They facilitate energy production in the body.
