  2. Take off cap
  3. Wipe rubber top w/alcohol
  4. Draw in air to dosage line
  5. Insert need into stopper
  6. Push air into vial
  7. Turn vial upside down
  8. Pull back to dosage line
  9. Tap out bubbles
  10. Remove needle
  11. Sharps container
