  4. Allow slack in tubing

  1. Gather supplies
  2. Gloves
  3. Ask to lift hips
  4. Soaker pad
  5. Bed pan under (curved edge under butt)
  6. Raise head of bed
  7. Privacy
  8. Lower bed, remove bed pan
  9. Cover w/towel and help patient clean up
