A

When the Ship is operating at a higher level than the Port.
When doing a ship - ship transfers outside of the Port.
When at a port which does not have a PFSP (Non ISPS Compliant)

A

  • Last 10 ports
  • Date of drills but not minutes.

Cannot view (Without Permission from Flag)

  • Duties of personnel with Security Responsibilities.

  • Procedures for responding to Security Threats.

Company takes on new ship.
Change of flag.

The company / Flag must verify the SSA and get a copy of the SSP.

A

Advises a competent authority designated by flag.

Can Port State view your SSP?

A

Generally not, but if they have reason to believe the requirements of the code are not being filled. They may view the part with which they have concern.
