What are the pharmacodynamics of atrovent
A
- Anticholinergic bronchodilator
- Allows bronchodilatation by inhibiting cholinergic bronchomotor tone (Blocks vagal reflexes)

A
- Severe respiratory distress associated with bronchospasm
- Exacerbation of COPD irrespective of severity

Known hypersensitivity to Atropine or its derivatives

- Glaucoma
- Avoid contact with eyes
