56 Hallfields, Edwalton
A member of the public requested to purchase Council land and incorporate it into their garden.
Before visiting this site, I looked it up on the Land Registry to identify where the boundaries are, and to confirm that the Council is in fact the owner of the land.
When arranging for the site visit, I checked access requirements and prepared for any safety issues.
I inspected the land and its current condition and use, as well as took photos.
With this information gathered, I returned to the Council with a report and discussed the potential for the sale of the land.
