Q

What are your Communication and Negotiation Level 2 examples?

A

West Bridgford Allotment Holders
This tenant was an elderly gentleman who could not communicate using email. Whenever dealing with them I had to use phone calls, letters, and face to face meetings.

Gorse Road, Keyworth
At a boundary dispute between residents of neighbouring properties, I acted impartially and calmly, helping them understand each other’s point of view. I resolved the dispute by identifying the boundaries of the land, relevant to plans, and explained that as the path was Council owned, they all had equal rights over it but no rights to build fences, resulting in the residents coming to a mutual understanding and resolution.
