Unit 10 Colliers Business Park
On inspection the unit had an office space, I noticed that the light fittings were unfinished, and wires were hanging down from low ceilings. I did not enter the office and advised the tenant not to until the office was proven safe with an EICR or Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate.
