fatigue loss of interest loss of appetite feeling of guilt low self esteem difficulty in consentrating constipation insomnia.
treatment for insomnia?
sleep hygiene, come back when it doesn’t resolve in 2 weeks.
tailor advise to what they told you that it is the cause of their insomnia.

the pattern of sleep? to see if it is the cause.
daily routine and diet? Changes to work routine. to see if a change in daily routine is causing the problem, also heavy meals and too much caffiene at night might be causing it
underlying medical condition? GORD, pregnancy, pruritic skin conditions, Parkinson’s and Osteoarthritis all cause insomnia
Recent travel? might be a symptom of jetlag.
day time sleeping?
any associated symptoms? (hypersomnia, sleep apnea, Sleep apnoea, Narcolepsy
Hypersomnia) refer
HPC? to see if they would need otc
pmhx? to
dx? to see if it is drug-induced
Sx? smoking or drinking affects sleep.
