when to refer?
A
severe dehydration, pus-filled blisters or red, hot, swollen skin, fits

Fever followed 3-5 days later by a vesicular rash inside mouth and on tongue plus on hands and feet, not itchy, reduced appetite
General hygiene is important as it can be passed by droplet infection, infected faeces or infected saliva/blister fluid

Appearance? Fever followed 3-5 days later by a vesicular rash inside mouth and on tongue plus on hands and feet.
Other symptoms? loss of appearance,
Itchy or painful? not itchy
allergies or new products?
Dx? to find out what they have been taken
HPC? to find out if there was treatment failure
pmhx and dx?
Have you had chickenpox in the past?
