Oseltamivir: Well absorbed
Zanamivir: 4-17%

Oseltamivir: converted to active metabolite; 90%, excreted unchanged in urine
Zanamivir: Unchanged in urine

Special considerations for Oseltamivir:
A
Poorly excreted and not expected to cause adverse in breastfeeding
