  • aging
  • sexual int
  • urinary catheritization
  • DM (lo immune)
  • Neurogenic Bladder (bladder lose sensitivity d/t SCI, Post Sx, brain damage, foley catheter)
  • Urine statis
  • BPH (enlarged prostate)
  • Diaphragm (w spermicide, kills good/bad bacteria)
