- Peak to Peak bandwith oscillations any APRM exceeds 10%
AND
-The cause is unknown

- the cause is believed to be the result of core thermal hydraulic instabilities

of ECCS/RCIC

Confirm validity of ECCS/RCIC initiation signal by observing multiple
independent parameters.
IF the ECCS initiation signal is not valid and injection is imminent,
THEN immediately shutdown affected systems to prevent injection.
IF ADS timers inadvertently initiated,
Inhibit ADS using 2B21-S7A AND 2B21-S7B, ADS Auto Logic Inhibit
Switches, on 2H11-P602.
IF the RCIC initiation signal is not valid,
THEN depress the RCIC Turbine Trip push-button to shutdown the
system.
IF RCIC Turbine Trip push button fails to trip RCIC, trip RCIC by closing
2E51-F524, Trip and Throttle Valve.

Additional: Announce situation, Direct Ops and HP to RSDP, Grab radios
and phones, send someone to TSC for SPDS
