• IF the Region of Potential Instabilities (RPI) on the Power vs Flow map in 34GO-OPS-005 is entered, IMMEDIATELY initiate actions to exit the RPI and Immediate Exit Region, to return operation to the Analyzed Region

Enter 34AB-C71-001-2, Scram Procedure, AND SCRAM the reactor.

34AB-E10-001-2 Inadvertent Initiation of ECCS/RCIC

1. Check validity of ECCS/RCIC initiation signal by observing multiple independent parameters.
   a. IF the ECCS initiation signal is not valid and injection is imminent, THEN immediately shutdown affected systems to prevent injection.
   (1) IF the affected system is HPCI, depress the HPCI Turbine Trip push button, AND enter 34SO E41 001 2, Attachment 7, HPCI SHUTDOWN FROM INADVERTENT START. (placard)
   b. IF ADS timers inadvertently initiated, Inhibit ADS using 2B21-S7A AND 2B21-S7B, ADS Auto Logic Inhibit Switches, on 2H11-P602.
   c. IF the RCIC initiation signal is not valid, THEN depress the RCIC Turbine Trip push-button to shutdown the system.
   (1) IF RCIC Turbine Trip push button fails to trip RCIC, trip RCIC by closing 2E51-F524, Trip and Throttle Valve.

2. IF Rx is S/D, Shutdown the Mn Turb and perform TC-1
3. Place Lvl Cntrl in SINGLE ELEMENT and perform RC-2

If Evac for Fire Immediately dispatch Operators to the Diesel Generator Building to perform the Diesel Generator actions per fire AB.

SS shall perform the following:

1. Announce situation
2. Direct Ops and RP to RSDP
3. Grab radios and phones, flashlights
4. Send someone to TSC for SPDS
5. If habitable send to Computer Room for Process Computer
