You are descending from high altitude in visible moisture with a SAT of less than -40. Do you need ANTI ICE ON? If yes, why?
You need it on even below SAT -40 as the friction increase at lower levels and more dense air can cause enough heat increase even below -40 and therefore create an icing risk
Can you have wing anti-ice on for take-off?
No, even with switch to ON position. Will come on once airborne
Why won’t Airbus allow wing anti-ice to operate during take-off?
The heat could change the properties of the anti icing fluid and cause it not to work as well as expected
Can you use bleed air from one engine to route bleed air to the other engines anti-ice system?
No, can not cross feed the bleed air

After engine start
