1) decisions is made whether recruitment is necessary
2) job description and person specification is updated
3) plans made on how and where to advertise
4) applicants are short listed
5) references are requested
6) candidates are invited for interviews and selection tests
7) successful candidate is offered a job and signs the contract of employment
Why may recruitment process be a key aspect of human resource management
it is important because although being expensive it allows for a business to attract, evaluate and appoint employees that add value to the organisation
Why may redeployment be important?
by moving employees to new roles, teams or functions it allows for a business to maximise productivity, effeciency and capacity
