DSHEA
DSHEA does not regulate accuracy of claims
Used for topical use (no open wounds). Interactions come from oral use. When used with Digoxin, there is a risk for hypokalemia. Spontaneous abortions.
Aloe Vera
Used for the relief of menopausal symptoms (night sweats and hot flashes.
Black Cohosh
Stomach.
Chamomile
Used as an anorexiamt for weight loss, but has been banned by the FDA.
Ephedra
Interactions include birth control pills, antihypertensives, Orlistat (anal leakage), anticoagulants, and all herbal remedies that have a bleeding risk.
Fish Oil ***

Ginger
Can be used for the treatment of depression, but has been found to potentiate mania.
St. John’s Wort ***
Relieves urinary symptoms in men with BPH.
