The four classic features:
purpura - rash on legs and buttocks (100%),
joint pain (75%),
abdominal pain (50%)
renal involvement (50%).
GI bleeding
arthralgia

biopsy of affected tissue shows a vasculitis with IgA deposits in the vessel wall
