What are the five layers of health
Biomedicine, clinical ( individual), community, public (working and living) and critical (socioeconomic) health psychology
Explain clinical health psychology
Look at Prevention and treatment of illness, and the analysis and improvement of the health care system. Key words - evidence -based practice and randomise control trials where they compare different intervention which then they argue via evidence based practice
Explain community health psychology
Focuses on engaging the community to help address problems via capacity building & empowerment
Explain public health psychology
Looking at ways to improve the health of the public ie get more people running and exercises

The analysis of how power, economics and macro-social processes influence health
