What is obesity?
When you are very over fat
Caused by eating too much and not exercising enough

What is type 2 diabetes?
A condition caused by eating too much sugar that affects your body’s ability to process sugar
What causes high blood pressure and coronary heart disease?
Eating too much fat and not exercising
Leading to fatty deposits (plaque) building up in the arteries blocking the path of blood and oxygen
How does exercise help reduce obesity?
You burn calories when you exercise which burns off the fat to help you lose weight
How does exercise help reduce high blood pressure and coronary heart disease?
It burns of fat which helps to unblock the fatty deposits in the arteries allowing more blood and oxygen to flow through
How does exercise help improve self-confidence?
You can lose weight and be in better shape which helps you feel better about looking good
How can exercise help to reduce stress?
It gives you an activity away from the stresses of life and helps you forget about it
