2) Problem Stage: Perspectives of all, start with dad, no interrupting.
3) Interaction Stage: Observe w/o interpretation. Notice sequences, hierarchies, triangles, alliances
4) Goal Setting: What solutions have failed? Here & now, create successes through small changes, shift the hierarchy currently present
