- smoking history
- occupational exposure to chemicals or dyes
- history of gross haematura
- age >40
- history of urologic disorder or disease
- history of voiding symptoms
- history of UTI
- analgesic abuse

A
yes (sport/ jogger’s haematuria)
-causes renal/ bladder trauma
