acute porphyria’s, neonate
Mechanism of action of H1 receptor antagonists?
competitive antagonism of histamine - bind to H1 receptors therefore blocking the action of histamine in the vestibular and the vomiting centre, this helps prevent the initiation of vomiting

drowsiness, sedation
