Atorvastatin - inc plasma estrogen
Azole antifungals, barbituats, figampin, modafinil, St. John’s, tetracyclines, penicillin - decrease effectiveness
Benzo, caffeine, steroids, theophylline, tricycl antidepressants - effects increased by OCP
Lamotrigine - effects decreased by OCP
Thyroid - increases need for thyroid
