A

Idiopathic, Diabetes, Weed, Opiates, Systemic diseases, (e.g. systemic sclerosis)

Remove cause, liquid diet, low fat, small meals, promotility agents (e.g. domperidone, metoclopramide), Gastric pacemaker, Nutritional support
