No - they may provide officer performance info to a person of rank, who in turn will provide the documentation to the employee.

Are acting sergeants or OIC’s allowed to review or provide signature approvals on officer’s 415’s?

No - the review and approval of the CHP 415 and 415D shall only be completed by a sergeant or above.

Officers who are assigned to perform duties of an OIC for ___ hours or more during their regular shift shall receive OIC pay

Can an off-duty officer be assigned as an OIC on overtime status?
