Contra-indications

A
  • Viagra (Silenafil) within 24 hours (- Viagra is a phosphodiesterase (PDE5) inhibitor.
  • PDE5 is an enzyme that degrades the effects of organic nitrates thus extending the time of effect.)
  • hypotension <90mmHg
