Indications
A
- Chest pain/discomfort of presumed cardiac origin not relieved by rest and reassurance with:
- Systolic BP > 90 mmHg
- Heart rate between 50-150 beats per minute
- Acute Cardiac Pulmonary Oedema with systolic BP > 90 mmHg
- Autonomic Dysreflexia with systolic BP > 160 mmHg

Contraindications
A
- Hypersensitivity to Glyceryl Trinitrate
- Hypotension < 90 mmHg
- Ventricular Tachycardia (VT)
- Recent use of medications for sexual dysfunction or pulmonary arterial hypertension:
-Sildenafil (Viagra), Avanafil (Spedra) in previous 24hrs.
-Tadalafil (Cialis) in previous 3 days
-Riociguat (Adempas)

- 400 microg (1 spray) sublingually
- Repeat every 5 mins if required if SBP >90mmHg

- Repeat every 5 mins if required if SBP >90mmHg
