Start colorectal cancer screening
At 50yo or 10years prior to first degree relative dx
Cologaurd
Annually after age 50 if not doing colonoscopies
If positive pt will need colonoscopy and Medicare will not cover it because it is diagnostic not a screening
Flexsig for colorectal cancer
Every 5 years if pt denies colonoscopy
DEXA scan screening starts
After menopause it >65yr
Can get screening covered at age 60 if pt has risk factors
Osteoporosis risk factors

Osteopenia T-score
-1.0 to -2.5
