Qi stagnation: Wiry pulse (tongue may be normal)
Blood stasis: purple tongue, Firm pulse
Internal Wind: Wiry pulse (tongue depends on underlying condition)
Full-Cold: pale tongue with thick coating, Tight-Full pulse
